Nowadays, the hotel, situated in the residential area of Luarca, the heart of the town’s collection of buildings in the Indiano architectural style, offers guests the occasion to rest and relax with every comfort included, in the original ambience of the Belle Époque.
The superb, eclectic garden provides a rich repertoire of species characteristic of the ornamental horticulture of the time, in keeping with the taste of the emerging bourgeoisie of the end of the 19th century.

Visits to the centre for coordinating the protection and study of marine species (CEPESMA), Portizuelo Beach, the lighthouse and La Fuñal scenic balcony, as well as the fishing port and fish market.
