The new building, dedicated exclusively to communal areas, has a large lounge with a fireplace, library, computer area, games table, dining room and bar. The great picture window facing the Cantabric Sea, together with the surrounding green pastures, make all these areas perfect for relaxing and experiencing direct contact with nature in summer as well as in winter. 
The 11,000m2 garden has a car park and several independent areas with deck chairs, tables and a children’s playground .

Rooms
The double rooms with ensuite bathroom are named after six Asturian capes. Three of them can be adapted to make triple rooms so that the hotel can comfortably accommodate 15 guests. 
Stone, wood and carefully designed decor and lighting mean that these rooms are the perfect place to rest. You can enjoy the spectacular sea and mountain views while you taste our delicious breakfast or the bar menu in the lounge area. Rooms are equipped with accessories such as telephone, television, DVD player, hairdryer and safe. The large beds with the best cotton linens and organic millet husk pillows will help you get a deep and restful sleep .

What to see and do
The hotel location, 400 meters above sea level, means that walks in the surrounding area are spectacular. This area boasts autochthonous fauna such as wild boar, deer, foxes, birds of prey, owls and, of course, the cows that inhabit the fields and create the characteristic local sound with their bells. Adventurous guests can climb up 1,000 meter peaks just a few kilometres away.

Away from the coast, villages and deep forests with rivers are among the wide range of possibilities available in the inland part of the region. 
Luarca, also known as ““The White Village of the Green Coast” has a lot to offer. This fishing village and capital of the Valdés county has got numerous bars, and restaurants where you can sample cider, fresh fish and typical dishes.

The patron saint festivities, together with a wide number of fairs throughout the year make Luarca an interesting place to visit all year round. 
The hotel arranges and books horse riding tours and canoeing trips with local companies and also provides guests with detailed information about all the walking trails available for trekking in the county. We also arrange guided visits to the botanical gardens of Fonte Baixa, located in El Chano de Luarca .
